How It All Began

Silvia and Birgit met at a training seminar on Lake Constance.
With the question, “So, what do you do in life?”, Silvia approached Birgit, and as they inspired each other with their answers, they spent a lot of time together.
During lockdown, the two of them used the weekends to get to know each other and their respective work even more deeply.

Silvia shared:
"I was a cheerful country girl from Lake Constance when, at 15, I had a serious riding accident. The result was 3 months in the hospital, followed by 6 months in a rehabilitation clinic. The prognosis was poor, but I questioned it right from the start. That’s when my journey toward my own healthy development began. After fighting my way back to life, against all expert opinions, I began training in what I now do with joy. The human musculoskeletal system is my field!"

Birgit is from the German-French border, from a family where everyone cooks fresh food with passion every single day.
That the right nutrition can also be the right medicine was something she only learned after the birth of her first child, who at the age of two began to suffer from a severe skin condition. The doctors had a few ideas, but nothing helped.

Birgit explains that four years after completing her law degree, she began studying human biochemistry on her own. She wanted to understand what was happening inside her child’s small body and began to experiment. First sugar and cow’s milk disappeared from the family’s diet, then wheat. Eventually, she found a local farmer who grew food organically. From then on, every meal was prepared fresh, straight from the field to the kitchen using good, unrefined oils. No additives, but instead fresh herbs and carefully selected spices.

By the age of three, her son was considered healed, and today he is a healthy young man, standing tall at 2.04 meters. But it wasn’t just her son who improved. The entire family felt the benefits. Teeth and gums, skin and hair, digestion, and even stress management, just to name a few areas, showed remarkable improvement thanks to their new way of eating.

"Healing illnesses naturally" became Birgit’s passion, one that family, friends, and colleagues repeatedly benefited from. In 2011 she left her position at the German Bundestag to launch a healthy school catering project in South Africa. Working with an experienced nutritionist who was also a pharmacologist opened up new horizons.

Today, Birgit holds certification in Germany for Nutritional Therapy and Holistic Health Development and is nearing completion of her training to become an Epigenetics Coach.
